Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Returns
As bottled drinking water is a consumable product, returns are generally not accepted after delivery due to hygiene and food safety considerations.
Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive:
- Damaged products
- Leaking bottles
- Incorrect products
- Tampered packaging
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with photographs.
After verification, we may:
- Replace the affected products; or
- Issue a refund for the affected products.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
